As a supplement to the assembly process manual of the production line, this regulation specifically stipulates the operating sequence and testing and adjustment methods that must be followed in the assembly, test adjustment and after-sales service of the screw air compressor.
2. Scope of application
This regulation applies to all screw compressors designed, manufactured and sold by Fusheng Air Compressor Company.
3. Belt installation
3.1. The head of the air compressor and the motor of the air compressor are in place according to the assembly process.
3.2. Choose a suitable positioning method according to the coordination of the pulley and the shaft, install the pulley on the air compressor head shaft and the air compressor motor, and first fix and lock the air compressor head pulley.
3.2.1. For loose transition fit, soft copper, aluminum or rubber hammers can be used.
3.2.2. For the tight fit, it can be assembled by pressing plate or heating red assembly, and the heating temperature is controlled at 120~150ºC.
3.2.3. If the tolerance of the taper sleeve pulley is slightly tight, the inner hole of the taper sleeve can be slightly enlarged and installed on the shaft.
3.3. Use a level (accuracy ≤0.5mm) to measure the perpendicularity between the two pulleys and the same reference surface, and the allowable error is ≤0.5mm.
3.3.1. If the verticality error is greater than 0.5mm, gaskets can be used to adjust the installation foot of the air compressor head or air compressor oil and gas barrel to ensure that the vertical error does not exceed 0.5mm on the same reference plane.
3.3.2. Tighten the mounting bolts of the head of the air compressor or the oil and gas barrel of the air compressor.
3.4. Install the belt on the pulley according to the principle that the trademark code is in the same position.
3.5. Use a ruler or a laser measuring instrument to measure the plane straightness of the two pulleys with the small pulley as the benchmark. The allowable error is ≤0.5mm.
3.6. Use the air compressor motor adjustment screw to tension the belt. See the attached table for tension requirements.
3.7. In turn, take the big pulley as the benchmark, recheck the plane straightness of the two pulleys, and the allowable error is ≤0.5mm.
3.8. Tighten the adjusting screws and nuts.
4. Air compressor coupling assembly
4.1. The air compressor couplings are assembled according to the assembly process. Choose a suitable positioning method to install the air compressor coupling on the air compressor head and the air compressor motor shaft.
4.1.1. For loose transition fit, soft copper, (this article: www.fsair.cn) aluminum or rubber hammer can be used.
4.1.2. For the tight fit, it can be assembled by pressing plate or heating red assembly, and the heating temperature is controlled at 120~150ºC.
4.2. After installation, apply threaded fixing glue (blue rubber) on the locking screw to lock the tightening screw. Tightening torque
40~54N.m(M10), 70~95 N.m(M12).
4.3. Place the air compressor motor and the air compressor head in place according to the process requirements.
4.4. Tighten the connecting bolts of the air compressor motor and the middle bracket, tightening torque 563~657 N.m (M22), 291.9~340.6 N.m (M18)
4.5. Tighten the mounting bolts of the air compressor motor and the air compressor head base. The tightening torque refers to the selection of bolts of different specifications.
4.6. Use a knife ruler to detect each deviation value of the air compressor coupling. The radial deviation △kr≤0.2mm, the angular deviation △kw≤1.2mm, and the axial deviation △ka≤±1mm.
4.7. For the unit without center bracket, it is necessary to ensure the coaxiality of the air compressor head and the air compressor motor, use a dial indicator to measure, and use gaskets to perform the measurement at the air compressor head or the air compressor motor mounting base Adjustment, the allowable error is the same as above.
