Features and mechanism of air compressor

cylinder volume to change. Due to the change of the pressure in the cylinder, the air enters the cylinder through the air filter (muffler) through the intake valve, and in the compression stroke, Due to the reduction of the cylinder volume, the compressed air passes through the exhaust valve and enters the air storage tank through the exhaust pipe and the one-way valve (check valve). When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7MPa, the compressed air is automatically controlled by the pressure switch. 

Downtime. When the pressure of the gas storage tank drops to 0.5--0.6MPa  The switch is automatically connected and started.

Oil circulation system

2. Air circulation system

When the air compressor compressor is working, the air is sucked through the self-cleaning air filter, and the filter is automatically cleaned by PLC. 

The air enters the first stage compression after the inlet guide vane is automatically adjusted, and the temperature of the first stage compressed gas is higher. , And then enter the intercooler for cooling(In the water pipe, outside the gas pipe, the water flow of the intercooler is required to be 110m/h) After entering the secondary compression system, in order to prevent the gas in the system from being poured into the compression chamber (avoid starting under pressure) A suspended full-open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe, and the air discharged from the compressorThe body pushes open the check valve to enter the exhaust muffler, then enters the primary aftercooler, the secondary aftercooler, and then enters the exhaust main pipe.

3. Water circulation system

The cooling water enters the air compressor intercooler through the pipeline to cool down the gas discharged from the first stage compression, and then enters the aftercooler to cool the exhaust gas, and the other cooling water inlet pipeline passes through the two sets of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor To cool the motor windings, and there is a way to the oil cooler Cool down.

4. Power distribution system

The air compressor is a 2000kW high voltage motor (10kV) with full voltage start. The control cabinet is an indoor AC, metal armored withdrawable switchgear. 5. Screen protection system

6. DC power supply system

It has the functions of automatic current stabilization, automatic voltage stabilization, and automatic voltage regulation. It is a central signal screen and high-voltage control system. 7. DTC control system

The DTC control panel is the "brain" of the air compressor. The values of various field sensors are finally summarized on the DTC control panel. Various operating parameters are displayed on the DTC control panel, and the operating status of each part of the air compressor is monitored. When these parameters exceed the allowable range, DTC will issue the corresponding Alarm or automatically stop the air compressor.
